ART-ER – Attractiveness Research Territory is the Emilia-Romagna Joint Stock Consortium supporting sustainable regional development through innovation, knowledge, internationalisation and territorial attractiveness.
ART-ER works closely with institutions, universities, research centres, startups, companies and business support organisations to design policies, tools and programmes that strengthen the regional innovation ecosystem and enhance competitiveness.
The Consortium promotes mobility, collaboration and international networking initiatives, regularly cooperates with innovation ecosystems across Europe and beyond, and actively participates in major international triple helix networks.
ART-ER also acts as the main entry point to Emilia-Romagna’s innovation ecosystem, supporting startups, technology transfer and innovation-driven growth strategies across the region.
