Diversity & Inclusion
Growth & Startup & Investment
Innovation needs diversity. Yet both the founder and investor landscape still lack it.
That’s why we at encourageventures support female founders with knowledge, creativity, capital, and a powerful network, helping them scale faster and build successful companies.
At the same time, we bring more investors into the cap tables of diverse teams and inspire more women to become investors themselves.
Together, we grow, learn, and shape a more diverse future.
