French Tech Mission

The French Tech Mission is the public administration of the French Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Industrial, Energy and Digital Sovereignty, responsible for supporting the structuring and growth of the French start-up and scale-up ecosystem, both in France and internationally. Created in 2013, its core purpose is to design and implement public policies for start-ups, federate the ecosystem, and promote France as a leading global innovation hub. The term “French Tech” also refers to the dynamic ecosystem of 18,000 French start-ups and all the players that support them, including investors, incubators, accelerators and public and private partners.
