BREAKING NEWS
BLUE ORIGIN CEO DAVE LIMP JOINS ASTRONAUT MIKE MASSIMINO (FORMER NASA) FOR A CONVERSATION AT THE 10TH ANNIVERSARY EDITION OF VIVATECH
Paris, June 11, 2026 – VivaTech announces the participation of Dave Limp, CEO of Blue Origin, at the 10th edition of VivaTech. A key figure in the new space era, Limp embodies a vision of space that is ambitious, operational, and forward-looking. Since joining in December 2023, he has initiated a profound transformation of Blue Origin. He will speak during a moderated session by a true legend of exploration: former NASA astronaut Mike Massimino.
With 30 years of experience in tech, including 14 years at Amazon as Senior Vice President, where he led the development and launch of Echo, Alexa, Kindle, and Fire TV, Limp is recognized for his unique ability to transform bold visions into concrete products at scale.
Under his leadership, Blue Origin is assembling the infrastructure for a space economy: New Glenn, which has successfully reached orbit and landed its booster; engines and vehicles produced at scale; and lunar landers for humanity’s return to the Moon.
A former NASA astronaut who pushed the boundaries of exploration during the perilous repair missions of the Hubble Space Telescope, and a best-selling author, Massimino will bring his undisputed expert perspective to this discussion.
He will bring his operational spaceflight experience to the conversation with the insight of someone who has faced the unforgiving space environment.
When the builder of a road to space is interviewed by one of the most accomplished and inspiring astronauts of our century, it creates a unique opportunity to understand the major issues and trends that are defining the global space economy.
Push the boundaries of what is possible next Wednesday, June 17, on the VivaTech Theater stage.
