International Workshop - Urban Metabolic Milieus - Chaire Ville Métabolisme PSL

International Workshop on Urban Metabolic Milieus, held as part of the chaire Ville Métabolisme - University PSL project This workshop proposes to engage more specifically with the idea of the “urban metabolic milieu.” It aims to explore how contemporary sciences (biology, chemistry, ecology, medicine, neurology, experimental psychology, etc.) can enter into dialogue with the social sciences and urban studies in order to better understand the interactions of living beings—human and non-human—with the built environment. The workshop seeks to address two main sets of questions: on the one hand, how do urban territories act upon and shape living organisms? On the other hand, how might architects and urban planners develop specific modes of intervention—“metabolic interventions”—that approach cities as territories inhabited by a multiplicity of living beings, traversed by a diversity of metabolic processes? Convenors : Martine Drozdz, Perig Pitrou | Contact event organisation, tickets, and communication : Gaëlle de Lavaissière gaelle.de-lavaissiere@psl.eu

Following review of your registration, confirmed guests will receive an official confirmation by email. Organized by Paradise Group & Artefact Under the High Patronage of Mr Emmanuel Macron, President of the French Republic Full guest experience to be announced. The European Tech Sovereignty Summit 2026 will convene a select group of European leaders at the French Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs in Paris, in a landmark setting where diplomacy meets innovation. As an official side event of VivaTech 2026, this exclusive evening will bring together 150 carefully selected participants from across Europe’s technology, investment, corporate, and policy ecosystems. More than a conference, the Summit is designed as a high-level networking evening: a curated moment for meaningful exchanges between policymakers, scale-up founders, investors, corporate leaders, and strategic technology stakeholders. At a time when Europe’s position in the global tech race is being redefined, the evening will create space for conversations around one essential question: How can Europe build, fund, and scale the strategic technologies required to strengthen its sovereignty? From artificial intelligence and defence technologies to critical infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, energy, semiconductors, and scale-up financing, the event will bring together the people shaping Europe’s next chapter in technology and strategic autonomy. Following three successful editions, the 2026 Summit will raise the level of ambition once again, creating a trusted environment for senior decision-makers to connect, exchange perspectives, and identify concrete opportunities for collaboration. Attendance is intentionally limited to preserve the quality of the room and the depth of exchange. We look forward to welcoming a select group of leaders committed to shaping Europe’s next chapter in technology, sovereignty, and strategic autonomy. Special thank you to our partners EuroStack and The Exploration Company.

From Inference to Impact: Building & Scaling AI Agents for the Enterprise | afternoon café

VivaTech fills Paris with 65,000 people talking about AI. On June 18, we're gathering 80 of them to actually build it. Nebius and Dust are hosting an afternoon at La Maison, a space for builders inside the historic Galeries Lafayette, for the people who are actually doing this: shipping inference infrastructure, deploying agents at enterprise scale, and figuring out in real time what works and what doesn't. This isn't a panel you sit through. It's an afternoon where you meet the researchers building the models, the engineers scaling the infrastructure, and the builders turning all of it into something that runs in production. Bring what you're working on. Share what's working. Leave with something new and people you'll actually want to stay in touch with. Why this room is different Between Nebius's compute and inference platform and Dust's enterprise agent layer, you'll have the full AI stack in one place, from GPU infrastructure to deployed agents. The conversations that come out of that overlap don't happen at a booth or a keynote. This is the chance to have them. Who you'll be in the room with CTOs, CIOs, VPs Engineering, VPs Data, VPs Product, AI researchers, founders scaling AI products, and VCs watching the space closely. The kind of people you don't usually get three hours with. Agenda 2:30 – 3:00 PM: Welcome & networking, café vibe 3:00 – 3:30 PM: Joint panel Nebius x Dust - From Inference to Impact: Building & Scaling AI Agents for the Enterprise 3:30 – 4:00 PM: Product demos Nebius x Dust 4:00 – 5:30 PM: Hands-on build session & mingle, café 5:30 – 6:00 PM: Show what you built 6:00 PM: Cocktail & wrap up What you'll leave with A working AI agent you built live, on a real use case A clear picture of the full AI stack — from inference infrastructure to agents in production Connections with founders, CTOs, VP Eng, VP Data, Product, researchers, VCs, and enterprise tech leaders you don't usually get three hours with A great afternoon in one of Paris's best spaces for builders, right in the middle of VivaTech week Practical info 📅 June 18 📍 La Maison - inside Galeries Lafayette, Paris 🎟️ Spots are limited to 80 - register now to secure yours

Sustainability Exec Summit

Sustainability Exec Summit - "At the turning point: How can tech shape our sustainable future?" with the support of Capgemini & Salesforce Morning - June 18, 2026 | VivaTech Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles | Paris | Workshop A Hall 7.3 VivaTech has a unique power : it brings together diverse worlds — companies, startups, scale-ups, investors, institutions, associations, and even the general public — to showcase how technology contributes to society. For its 10th edition, we have designed the Sustainability Executive Summit to celebrate a decade of innovation with purpose. This is the highlight of our sustainability program. This year, the Sustainable Exec Summit gathers leaders around the theme "At the turning point : How can tech shape our sustainable future?" with the support of Capgemini and Salesforce. Join 300 international leaders and decision-makers committed to sustainability for an exclusive morning session This is an overview of the morning program ⤵️ 9:00am to 9:45am : Welcome breakfast & Networking session 9:45am to 11am : Conferences "Predict the unpredictable: Tech to anticipate natural risks” with François Gemenne, GIEC Expert, HEC Professor, Cyril Garcia, Global head of Sustainability Services, Corporate Responsibility and Group Accelerators, Capgemini & Florence Colombo Fouquet, VP ESG, Engie. An organization’s sustainability is no longer measured only by its environmental or social commitments; it is measured by its ability to anticipate the risks that threaten its trajectory. The scientific data is clear: the window for action is narrowing, and climate risks already systemic, will intensify and weigh increasingly heavily on organizations’ economic and operational models. Integrating this reality into sustainability policies is no longer an option, it is a condition for survival. This roundtable explores how technological tools predictive modeling, AI, scientific data analysis, and more can help organizations make risk anticipation a strategic pillar, transforming uncertainty into sustainable resilience. “ Beyond philanthropy: Who Funds Sustainability and How?” with Kate Williams, CEO 1% for planet Philanthropy alone will not be enough. Given the scale of environmental and social challenges, the issue of funding sustainability has become one of the most critical and most controversial strategic issues for organizations. Who should pay? Based on what criteria? And what mechanisms can ensure real impact? These are the topics that will be discussed in this discussion. “Tech That Connects Us: Building a more inclusive, human-centered society" with Dr Nadi Albino, Deputy Director UNICEF, Eric Salobir, President of Human Technology Foundation & Tim Christophersen, VP Climate Action, Salesforce. Technology was born as a connector, a tool to bridge distances, amplify voices, and bring people together across borders, cultures, and generations. Yet today, the dominant narrative has shifted: algorithms divide, platforms polarize, and digital tools often widen the very gaps they promised to close. For companies, this growing social division and mistrust toward technology is not only a societal concern : it is a direct business risk, fueling disengagement among employees, eroding customer trust, and slowing down the adoption of tools that are critical to competitiveness. This roundtable challenges that narrative. We'll explore how to reclaim tech's original DNA as a force for inclusion and what it takes to embed that purpose into how we build and adopt technology today. How do we pass that vision on to younger generations for whom digital distrust is the default? How can companies overcome internal skepticism and foster a culture where technology is seen as an enabler, not a threat? And can tech genuinely help organizations close the distance between themselves and their customers and stakeholders? From civic engagement to workplace transformation, this session brings together leaders who believe the most powerful technology is the kind that makes us feel less alone. 11am to 12pm : Networking session for C-Level Where? Workshop A, Hall 7.3 Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, 1 Place de la Porte de Versailles, F-75015 Paris France About VivaTech Every year, VivaTech organizes Europe's largest startup and tech event. For four days, we bring together all the excitement of tech in Paris, focusing on the most disruptive topics in the ecosystem and innovations presented in a world premiere, making it a unique place where business and innovation meet. The tenth edition of VivaTech will take place from June 17 to 20, 2026. This invitation is individual and for the morning session only.
