In France, fewer than 1 in 4 tech jobs are held by women. This gap undermines equal opportunity, fuels technological bias, and stunts economic growth. As European digital sovereignty takes center stage, upskilling and feminizing digital and tech fields have never been more critical. It is a strategic imperative for a future-proof, inclusive digital economy.
Three years after the “Tech pour Toutes” initiative was announced at Vivatech by the French government, this session will explore how the program is, since this year, guiding young women into tech education and careers, empowering them with the tools to succeed and overcome the barriers standing between them and their ambitions. From tailored training to career integration, we’re building the tools they need to thrive. We are rallying the tech industry to join us in taking concrete action and supporting "TechPourToutes".
