European technological sovereignty cannot simply be declared: it must be financed, one deal at a time. Yet Europe continues to face a structural growth-capital gap: too few investment vehicles are capable of supporting a champion from Series B through IPO without relying on American capital.
This panel brings together three actors operating at different levels of that financing chain: an early-stage VC investing in strategic sectors, a pan-European institutional LP shaping the ecosystem from the top down, and a multilateral sovereign investment fund whose mandate explicitly links capital allocation with collective security.
Together, they will address a central question: how can Europe build a fully integrated financing pipeline - from seed to public markets - that keeps its future champions anchored on European soil? And what role should governments, institutions, and sovereign LPs play in this long-term industrial strategy?
