About Me
Jérôme’s career spans finance, marketing and entrepreneurship. A graduate of HEC Paris and Paris Dauphine University, he began in M&A at Rothschild & Co. He then spent five years at L’Oréal as an Area Manager and Retail & Marketing Project Manager. In 2016 he co founded Nestore, a retail innovation studio, and in 2022 launched Good Only Ventures, an investment fund focused on high impact social and environmental projects. A certified coach, he has also guided executives through periods of transition and transformation. In October 2024, Jérôme joined RAISE Sherpas as Co Head alongside Anne Sophie Gervais, further strengthening the endowment fund’s commitment to responsible innovation and positive impact.
