About Me

Rhys Phillips has worked for Airbus since 2009, spending most of that time working as a research scientist in the field of electromagnetics. After moving to Toulouse in 2018, he joined Airbus' Digital Workplace team in 2020 to take the lead of user adoption and end-user change management for the rollout of Google Workspace at Airbus. He is now also co-leading the deployment of Gemini for Google Workspace and his responsibilities include the adoption of the technology across the company, including delivering 1:1 mentoring with the senior leadership team. Rhys has spoken on stage about his work at several large external conferences including Google Cloud Next in San Francisco and Las Vegas in recent years.
