Agnes Koops

Agnes has been with PwC since the start of her career in 1992. Over the years, she has held various leadership roles within PwC Netherlands. Examples are the role of the Assurance leader, and most recently, the role of CEO of PwC Netherlands. Currently, Agnes is the Global Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for the commercial strategy of PwC. In every role, Agnes has been a champion for listening and building relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. Agnes is known as a positive, energetic, and down-to-earth leader who is comfortable with not knowing all the answers. She believes good leadership starts with having a clear vision, teamwork, fun, and regularly reflecting on what’s going well and what isn’t: to learn and move forward.
