Brooks Patrick is the Global Business Development Manager for State and Local Government at Esri Europe. He works at the intersection of geospatial technology, urban planning, and public-sector transformation, helping cities and regions apply GIS to address complex urban challenges, strengthen climate resilience, and improve quality of life. Brooks is responsible for working with leading cities on the adoption of emerging geospatial technologies, translating innovation into practical, operational outcomes that move beyond maps and visualization toward data-driven planning, integrated workflows, and measurable cross-departmental impact. Through close collaboration with Esri’s European R&D Centers, he helps connect emerging product innovation with the real-world needs of cities and local governments.
