Cesare Battaglia is a PwC Partner in the Strategy Consulting business and EMEA Aerospace & Defence Leader. He also sits on the EMEA Industrial & Services Leadership Team. In his role, he supports both private‑sector clients and public institutions, including governmental bodies and national and international armed forces, across the Aerospace, Defence and Security ecosystem. With over 25 years of experience in the Aerospace & Defence and broader industrial sectors, Cesare combines a strong consulting background with senior industrial leadership roles, including executive positions at Leonardo and Danieli. He has extensive expertise in business planning, operating model design and large‑scale industrial transformation, with a particular focus on manufacturing, procurement and supply chain environments. Cesare brings deep sector knowledge and hands‑on experience in complex organizational and operational contexts, advising leading industrial players as well as public stakeholders on performance improvement, process redesign and the alignment of organizational structures with strategic and mission‑critical objectives. His career has been shaped by diversified international experience across Europe, the United States and Asia.
