Claire-Marie Coste-Lepoutre

Claire-Marie is Group Chief Financial Officer of Allianz SE and a Member of its Board of Management since January 2024, where she oversees Finance, Risk, Actuarial, Legal and Compliance. In this role, she leads financial strategy for one of the world's largest insurance groups. She brings over two decades of experience across insurance, reinsurance, and consulting. Before joining the Allianz SE Board, she served as CFO and Deputy CEO of Allianz Commercial, where she played a central role in returning the industrial insurer to profitability. She subsequently served as Head of Group Planning and Controlling and Group Chief Actuary. Prior to Allianz, which she joined in 2011, she spent seven years at McKinsey & Company and held roles at SCOR Reinsurance and Swiss Re. She is a Fellow of the French Actuarial Society, and holds a Master's degree in Actuarial Sciences from the Institut de Sciences Financières et d'Assurances in Lyon, France.
