Eléonore Crespo is co-founder and co-CEO of Pigment, an AI-powered business planning and performance management platform. Trusted by finance, sales, supply chain and HR teams at global companies including Anthropic, Siemens, Unilever, and more, Pigment empowers organisations to make better, faster decisions in an ever-evolving landscape. Before co-founding Pigment with Romain Niccoli, the co-founder and former CTO of Criteo, Eléonore was an investor at Index Ventures. Prior to that she worked as a financial analyst at Google where she advised the EMEA President and CFO on strategy and planning. Her experiences at both Google and Index gave her a front-row seat to the pain points of traditional planning tools - an insight that ultimately led to the creation of Pigment.
