Ella Drory

Ella is an international entrepreneurship and innovation professional with expertise in partnerships, strategy, and ecosystem development across the US, Europe, and Israel. Her technical grounding is rooted in robotics and emerging technology. At VIAM Robotics, she contributed to early market research and go-to-market strategy, before moving to PollyLabs where she led a robotics research program, authoring market landscapes and developing investment thesis in agricultural automation. Prior to tech, she built a multi-channel revenue strategy at LATET, Israel's largest humanitarian organization. She currently serves as Director of Strategy & Development at the Women's Forum for Economy and Society at Publicis Groupe. Ella has contributed to publications spanning international law, AI, and social policy, guest lectured on entrepreneurship at The New School. She holds an MPA from Columbia University and an MBA.
