Hala Fadel

Managing Partner at Eurazeo, where she leads the Growth Equity team focused on technology investments from Series B to pre-IPO globally. She sits on the Investment Committee and plays a key role in sourcing, analyzing, and executing investments, with a particular emphasis on supporting portfolio companies in preparing for exits, especially via public markets. Before joining Eurazeo in 2022, Hala built Comgest’s private growth equity program and spent nearly 15 years there as a portfolio manager investing in technology and healthcare in Europe. She also co-founded Leap Ventures, an early-stage VC investing in Europe and the Middle East. Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in London. She started her career as an entrepreneur as founder of a telecom software company in Boston that she later exited. Hala serves on the MIT Corporation (MIT Board of Trustees) and MIT Sloan’s Executive Board and and holds degrees from HEC Paris and MIT Sloan.
