Kais Zhioua

Kais Zhioua is the Co-Founder & CEO of Tanit AI, a software medical device rethinking how fertility Doctors personalize treatment, choose medical protocols, medication, and support patients throughout their reproductive journey. Since 2016, he has worked at the intersection of fertility care, healthcare entrepreneurship, and access to reproductive medicine across the EMEA region. A 3x co-founder in the fertility sector, he also serves as Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at Fertillia where he contributer to deliver fertility treatments to 30 000 couples from 40 countries, He also sits on the board of a few healthcare ventures. At Tanit AI, Kais leads a multidisciplinary team of fertility specialists, AI researchers, and engineers developing explainable, neuro-symbolic clinical AI for IVF decision support. The software medical device combines medical knowledge, fertility reasoning language models, predictive models, and human-in-the-loop workflows to help make fertility treatment decisions more consistent, traceable, and evidence-grounded. As a young startup, Tanit AI is part of several programs and networks in France such as PariSanté Campus, Station F, EM Venture Labs. Kais holds a dual academic background in entrepreneurship and innovation from emlyon business school and worked on published books and research on fertility treatment access and AI.
