About Me
Kathy is the EVP and CEO of Growing Markets at Inetum, prior to this, she served as Executive and Chief Growth Officer at Capita plc, where she led growth for the group across all markets. Kathy began her career in banking and, in 2004, joined Carphone Warehouse and TalkTalk Group plc, heading Revenue Assurance and supporting M&A integration and operational transformation.
In 2010, Kathy joined BT Group, holding several senior executive roles, including CEO of BT Expedite, with responsibility for sales, commercial strategy, and operations. In 2017, she moved to Vodafone Group plc to lead the partnership channel, while also serving as a Non‑Executive Director at FTSE‑listed Morgan Sindall plc.
Kathy holds an MBA from Heriot‑Watt University, Certification for AI in Business from Harvard Business School and is a committed advocate for women’s equality in technology
