Mr. Li is a key driver of China’s distributed energy transition. He founded PCG Power in 2022, building it into a leading investor and operator in new-type power systems and C&I distributed clean energy, with nearly 2GW of grid-connected capacity.
In 2024, he co-founded LOK Capital with GLP Capital, launching China’s first dedicated fund for distributed new energy assets. Fund I raised RMB 2 billion, targeting RMB 10 billion in investments. He has managed funds exceeding RMB 10 billion AUM.
In 2025, with anchor investment from Temasek, he established PCG Global in Singapore to deliver green energy solutions across Oceania, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
Previously, he served as Deputy General Manager of Poly Capital. He holds degrees from Xi’an Jiaotong University and Nanyang Technological University.
