Stéphane Pallez has served as Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of La Française des Jeux since 2014. Under her leadership, the company has
undergone a major transformation, combining growth, digitalization, innovation and societal commitment.
In 2019, she led FDJ’s privatization through its successful IPO on Euronext Paris, which attracted strong interest from retail investors while reaffirming the company’s values through the definition of its corporate purpose and the creation of a stakeholder committee.
In 2024, FDJ entered a new phase of its international development by launching a friendly offer for Kindred, one of Europe’s leading gaming
operators. As a result, in 2025, the FDJ Group became FDJ UNITED, a European champion in gaming and betting.
Prior to joining FDJ, Stéphane Pallez served as Alternate Executive Director at the World Bank in Washington, D.C., and held several positions within the French Ministry of Economy and Finance, where she was responsible for state shareholdings as well as European and international affairs.
She also served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer of France Télécom-Orange and as Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of CCR, the French public reinsurance group.
Stéphane Pallez is a member of the Board of Directors of Eurazeo and Chairwoman of the Board of the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris (CNSMDP).
