Stéphanie Hospital

Stephanie Hospital is the Founder and CEO of OneRagtime, a top-decile venture capital firm backing European tech founders from day one to exit. Since 2017, she has led over 50 investments, consistently acting as lead investor and building a high-performance portfolio, including a unicorn and several centaurs. OneRagtime is recognized for its ability to generate fast returns while supporting ambitious companies in AI, deeptech, fintech, marketplaces, gaming and the creator economy. Through its “fund-as-a-platform” model, OneRagtime combines technology, a curated community of investors, and a hybrid fund and club deal approach to accelerate startup growth internationally. Stephanie is also Vice President of France Digitale, Europe’s leading startup and VC association. Prior to founding OneRagtime, she led Orange’s Digital Business Unit, where she executed major M&A transactions, including Dailymotion, and built partnerships with global tech leaders. She began her career at Arthur Andersen.  She has been recognized among the 50 most inspiring women in Tech in Europe and ranked by Forbes among the 40 most influential women in France. She is a Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur.
