Amanda Wolthuizen

Amanda is responsible for the development and implementation of Imperial’s Strategy, Science for Humanity. Amanda has responsibility for Strategic Engagement and Communications and is Chief of Staff to the President. She oversees Imperial Global, WestTech London and the WEF Centre for AI-Driven Innovation. Prior to joining Imperial, Amanda held senior policy, communications and external affairs roles and she was previously a broadcast journalist producing a range of documentary, political and current affairs programming including the UK’s first General Election Debate. She started her career working in policy and adviser roles in the Australian and UK Parliaments. Amanda is an Associate Fellow at Chatham House, the Royal Institute of International Affairs, and is a member of the Mayor’s Frontier Innovation Board.
