Fanny Bouton

Fanny Bouton is an ecosystem strategist for emerging computing platforms (AI, cloud and quantum) and Quantum & Open Innovation Lead at OVHcloud. She works with startups, venture investors, research labs and public institutions to accelerate access to advanced computing infrastructures across Europe, supporting more than 200 deep-tech startups annually. As co-founder of France Quantum, she contributes to structuring the European quantum landscape and connecting industrial, academic and policy stakeholders around next-generation technologies. She is also a long-standing technology analyst and media voice, appearing regularly on Tech&Co or Silicon Carne and co-hosting the podcasts Quantum and Decode Quantum. Her work focuses on enabling the adoption of frontier computing technologies and strengthening Europe’s position in the global deep-tech ecosystem.
