Hadrien built his operational expertise in Ukraine long before the region became the epicenter of European defense policy. Fluent in Ukrainian and Russian, he brings a unique strategic network across France and Ukraine that allows Alta Ares to navigate one of the world's most closed industries.
Following the 2022 invasion, he identified a critical gap in air defense and founded Alta Ares on a simple conviction: in attrition warfare, quantity is a quality. Under his leadership, Alta Ares won the 2025 NATO Innovation Challenge and now deploys its drone interception systems against Shahed threats on the front lines in Ukraine, across the Middle East, and in multiple NATO nations, making it the first French startup with an active operational footprint in modern conflict.
