About Me
Hélène launched the Ecolab alongside its director Thomas Cottinet, the innovation and data lab of the General Commissariat of Sustainable Development. She has a dual background spanning both the public and private sectors at the French Ministry of the Ecological Transition and earlier in her career as the co-founder of GarageHop, a mobility startup launched in the US.
