Kaoutar Sghiouer

Kaoutar Sghiouer is a leader in data and Artificial Intelligence and serves as Global Head of Data & AI at Sanofi, where she drives data democratization and advances AI at scale across drug discovery, clinical trials, manufacturing, and commercial operations. She has contributed to numerous European and French Data & AI initiatives, holds several patents in data processing and AI, and earned a PhD in AI from UTC-Compiègne Technology University, along with executive and AI certifications from HEC Paris, Harvard University, and IMD. She is widely recognized for advancing AI in healthcare and was named an AI Pioneer for 2026 by Women in AI.
