Lénaïc Pineau is Chief Sustainability & Quality Officer at JCDecaux, where she
co-designed the Group’s 2030 ESG roadmap and leads its deployment across more
than 80 countries. Reporting to the Group Chief Financial, IT and Operations Officer,
she oversees climate strategy, eco-design and responsible procurement, social and
societal policies, and the transition towards CSRD-compliant non-financial reporting,
while structuring ESG discussions with the Executive Board and the Board of Directors.
Previously, she advised major French and international companies within EY’s Climate
Change & Sustainability Services practice and held marketing roles at Danone, Lindt
and the agricultural cooperative Agrial, giving her a strong understanding of consumer
expectations, retail dynamics and agricultural value chains.

She is a Board Member of the C3D and a member of AFEP, WOO and the UPE, and
regularly speaks at leading sustainability conferences. Lénaïc sees sustainability as a
strategic lever for long-term value creation, working to align governance, stakeholder
dialogue and business transformation to deliver positive impact for both companies
and society.
