Sue Duke

Sue Duke is Managing Director for EMEA & LATAM, and LinkedIn’s Head of Global Public Policy & Economic Graph. She leads a team of over 3000 people in the region, where the world’s largest professional network has over two million members, who are actively using the platform to find jobs, learn skills, hire teams, share valuable knowledge, make deals and start businesses. In addition, Sue is also responsible for LinkedIn’s relationships with governments and policy makers around the world, leveraging LinkedIn’s labour market insights and partnering with organisations such as the IMF, OECD and World Economic Forum to recommend policy solutions to prepare the global workforce for the jobs of the future. Sue has held the position of Country Manager for LinkedIn Ireland, the EMEA & LATAM HQ from 2023 - 2025. Prior to joining LinkedIn in 2014, she was Head of Public Policy at Google’s EMEA headquarters in Dublin.
