Ghita Zniber

Ghita Zniber is Co-Founder and General Partner of Kalys Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Casablanca. Her work focuses on startup-corporate dynamics, cross-border innovation, and the development of venture ecosystems across Francophone Africa and MENA. She has built Kalys around a distinctive model in which regional corporates serve simultaneously as LPs, commercial partners, and strategic validators for portfolio companies — bridging the gap between institutional capital and founder-led growth in underserved markets. She is also Founder of Open Venture Africa, a VC-as-a-Service and corporate venture advisory platform, and has trained over 1,000 entrepreneurs across different leading institutions. She holds degrees from EMLYON Business School and UC Berkeley.
