Pauline Adam-Kalfon has been a member of the Executive Committee of PwC France & Maghreb since 1 July 2025 as Chief Innovation and Impact Officer.
With over 25 years' experience in consulting, Pauline helps clients reinvent their business model so that they can become more resilient and seize new opportunities to create value. She began her career with Deloitte in 1998, before joining a consultancy business in 2001. In 2005, Pauline set up her own company in the field of transforming client operations and processes in insurance. She then joined PwC in 2012, where she was co-opted as a Partner in 2018. She led PwC France & Maghreb's blockchain and crypto teams and was involved in implementing PwC's AI programme for the benefit of the firm's clients and teams.
